REV Group is one of the biggest names in the RV industry. They’re right up there with THOR, Forest River, and Winnebago.
While you might not have heard of them, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of some of their brands. This is because they own some top-rated recreational vehicle companies. So, how many do they own?

About REV Group
REV Group, Inc. previously operated under Allied Specialty Vehicles. The company started in 2010 due to a merger of four companies owned by American Industrial Partners. These brands included Collins Industries, E-ONE, Halcore Group, and Fleetwood Enterprises. After the 2010 merger, the name was changed to REV Group in November 2015, and it went public in 2017.
Today, Mark Skonieczny is the Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the over 7,400 employees as they produce various types of vehicles. These include emergency response and commercial vehicles, buses, and RVs.
In total, REV Group has 24 different brands under its umbrella. You can find manufacturing facilities from California to Pennsylvania and everywhere in between.
How Many RV Brands Does REV Group Own?
REV Group may own 24 brands, but only seven are RV brands. Each of them has their own unique lineup. One of these might be worth considering if you’re looking for a new camper.
American Coach
American Coach makes Class A and Class B motorhomes. The American Eagle and American Dream make up their Class A line. On the other hand, the American Patriot and American Patriot Cruiser are their Class B options.
This luxury brand builds RVs with high-quality components and the latest technology. They use a customer Freightliner chassis, which allows them to offer tons of storage in their units. Additionally, the beams they use are one-piece, which avoids warping or welding issues.
It’s important to know that these luxurious RVs have a premium price tag. Prices for their Class B lineup are from $208,000 to $213,000. You should expect to pay between $693,000 and $1,043,000 for their Class A units.
Fleetwood RV
Another brand owned by REV Group is Fleetwood RV. They make a combination of gas and diesel Class A motorhomes. Their history dates back to the early 1950s when John C. Crean founded the company in southern California.
Prices range from $164,000 to $607,000. Their diesel versions are typically more expensive and luxurious than their gas models. Despite this, you can find several floorplans across the floor models in each category. Whether you’re a family or a couple looking for adventures, they’ve likely got one for you.
Holiday Rambler
Like Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler has a mixture of gas and diesel Class A motorhomes. Prices for these units range from $164,000 to $239,000 for gas to $379,000 to $516,000 for diesel. Although these are starting prices, some floorplans are more expensive than others.
Holiday Rambler started in 1953, and they introduced the RV industry to aluminum framing. This created stronger and lighter RVs. Naturally, this was one of their many innovations, as they were one of the first to offer built-in refrigerators and holding tanks.
In 1986, the company was sold briefly to Harley-Davidson before going to Monaco Coach Corporation. It finally landed with Allied Specialty Vehicles in 2013 and was brought in under REV Group with the name change.
Renegade RV
Renegade RV makes some of the finest Class C and Super C recreational vehicles. They currently have seven different lines of vehicles, with an eighth on the way soon. Whether you’re looking for a quick trip to a local state park or to live full-time on the road, Renegade RVs are one to consider.
They offer a variety of floorplans with just about everything you need to live comfortably. While their Class C lineup isn’t one to overlook, their Super Cs are beautiful. You’ll have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your adventures.
Midwest Automotive Design
Another brand in the REV Group portfolio is Midwest Automotive Design. These vehicles are custom vans full of tremendous luxuries. They’ve been cranking out these vehicles since 2001 at their Elkhart, Indiana facilities. They use their expert skills and abilities to create some of the best vans you’ll see.
Lance
Many people don’t realize REV Group is Lance’s parent company. While they’re most known for their truck campers, they also have a line of travel trailers. Their truck campers and Enduro Adventure travel trailers allow you to take your adventures anywhere. However, their standard travel trailers are best in national and state parks.
They have an excellent reputation for being incredibly well-built and able to withstand harsh weather conditions. Lance Campers is a solid choice to consider if you want to spend time outdoors.

Monaco
Unfortunately, Monaco RV filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in March 2009. This was mainly due to the great recession in 2008 that impacted numerous industries. In 2009, Navistar International spent $47 million to acquire Monaco and its assets.
REV Group Purchased Navistar International in 2013, which also gave them Monaco. While this particular line of vehicles is no longer in production, REV Group still provides customer service. While others may have left you high and dry, REV Group isn’t.
Does REV Group Have a Good Reputation?
Overall, REV Group has a positive reputation. This is primarily because they don’t create cheap campers. Many of the rigs in their lineup are well over $100,000, and some are more than a million. Customers expect certain things from the unit when they spend this type of cash. Luckily, REV Group tends to deliver.
Does Your RV Fall Under the REV Group Umbrella?
While REV Group may be the smallest of the big four RV manufacturers, they’re still a significant player. They create some of the best recreational vehicles in campgrounds or on the road. Choosing one of their brands isn’t a bad idea if you want to purchase a high-end RV. You can buy confidently and know they’ll take care of you.
