Pottery Barn and Airstream are brands known for high-quality products and a commitment to customer service. A partnership between the two is like a match made in heaven.

If you want a well-equipped and stylish camper, it’s hard to consider anything else. The Pottery Barn Airstream looks good and has everything you could need during your adventures.

Today, we’re sharing the details about why this camper is turning eyes in campgrounds.

Let’s get to it!

Discover the Farmhouse Charm of the Pottery Barn Airstream

The Pottery Barn Airstream combines the design capabilities of Pottery Barn with the craftsmanship of Airstream travel trailers. In this rig, you’ll feel right at home no matter where your travels take you.

Unlike much of the competition, the Pottery Barn Airstream uses a light wood finish. It creates a farmhouse look and feel, which matches well with the aesthetics of the space.

At 28 feet, you can take this camper anywhere, whether in a state or national park or boondocking on public lands. With sleeping space for five, families can enjoy spending time together while making memories in the great outdoors.

The Pottery Barn Airstream’s Hefty Tag Justifies Lasting Value

If you’ve bought anything from Pottery Barn or Airstream, you know it’s never cheap. As a result, it should come as no surprise that the latest Pottery Barn Airstream also comes with a hefty price tag. The starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is $168,700.00.

However, the saying that you get what you pay for is true with this unit. Airstream travel trailers have an incredible reputation for lasting and maintaining value for years. If you choose one of these rigs, you’ll be able to get years of adventures out of it.

Benefits of the Pottery Barn Airstream

If you’re in the market for a travel trailer, the Pottery Barn Airstream is one to consider. Let’s look at several of the benefits of these classy campers.

Stylish Interior

The Pottery Barn Airstream takes the standard Airstream interior to a new level. You get the benefit of Pottery Barn’s years of experience with creating a comfortable and inviting space. This one-of-a-kind travel trailer has beautiful furnishings you’d expect to find in a home.

The stainless-steel flat apron sink has a solid walnut cover that doubles as a cutting board. Small details like the Belgian Flax Linen Bedding from Pottery Barn are comfortable and look good, too.

However, our favorite characteristic of this model is the lighter interior. Many in the camping community are tired of the dark colors creating a dungeon-like atmosphere. It’s good that Airstream and Pottery Barn weren’t afraid to incorporate it into their rig.

Quality Craftsmanship

While Pottery Barn had decorated the interior, Airstream was responsible for the craftsmanship. As stated, it doesn’t get much better in craftsmanship than Airstream. They have a reputation for creating some of the finest travel trailers in the industry.

When you choose this camper, you get the assurance of the Airstream brand. You’ll know your trailer was created with expert attention to detail. When it comes to complaints, you rarely hear many from Airstream owners.

Aesthetically Pleasing

While Airstreams don’t need much help to look aesthetically pleasing, the Pottery Barn Airstream features an upgraded awning. This powered awning from ZipDee has a more decorative design than the standard black or single-color awnings.

The aesthetics continue inside with the not only beautiful but also functional kitchen. The stainless steel appliances and black faucet complement the farmhouse look perfectly.

Comfortable Living Space

Pottery Barn has done an incredible job of creating a space that looks good and is comfortable. You’ll have multiple spots for seating and plenty of room to move around inside. Having a comfortable place to return after a long day of adventuring is essential.

This model features upgraded cushions that they describe as the most comfortable ever inside an Airstream. You’ll have no trouble resting up for whatever is next on your schedule.

Limited Edition

One of our least favorite things about RVs is that most of them are cookie-cutter versions of each other. Manufacturers use assembly lines to create one identical rig after another.

Luckily, because the Pottery Barn Airstream is a limited edition, you will find few others like it.

Disadvantages of the Pottery Barn Airstream

While the Pottery Barn Airstream is a fantastic rig, it’s not perfect. There are a few disadvantages to choosing it for our next rig.

Cost

We mentioned the price earlier, and it’s the biggest disadvantage. However, it’s important to note that it’s not uncommon for new Airstreams to cost well over $100,000.

Unfortunately, while the price may communicate its luxury and comfort, it will be out of reach for many consumers.

Few shoppers will pay over $150,000 for a travel trailer under 30 feet. This can disappoint anyone who sees and falls in love with this camper.

Availability

Another major disadvantage of the Pottery Barn Airstream is that it won’t be easy to come by.

Manufacturers are typically very picky about where they send limited edition vehicles. They want to put them in the best possible spot to ensure they get sold promptly.

Depending on your location, tracking one down may require driving several hours to look at it in person. Your best bet will be to find the nearest Airstream dealer and see if they can help you track down the nearest model.

Is the Pottery Barn Airstream Worth It?

The Pottery Barn Airstream is a phenomenal camper with many luxuries and comforts. While it does come with a hefty price tag, many owners find it’s worth it.

However, as with any significant purchase, we encourage you to research. The last thing you want to do is sign on the dotted line and find out it’s not a good fit for you or those you’re adventuring with.
