The park is outdated. If you’re looking for the latest resort-style amenities, this isn’t the campground for you. It’s not like a KOA with a swimming pool, jumping pillow, playground, and patio sites.
The sites are also tight. Because most people come here to enjoy the scenery and local attractions, they deal with having close neighbors. However, you’ll be disappointed if you want to hang out in your yard, eat at a picnic table, and feel like you have your own private space during your stay.
Finally, there are long-term rentals at the park. Like any park with these campers, it can appear junky. Some guests complain that the older campers and long-term rental campsites add to the outdated look of the park.
