If you’re in the market for a toy hauler, you have more limited options than other RVers just looking for a standard fifth wheel. But that doesn’t mean your choices are poor. We love what Keystone has to offer in its Fuzion toy hauler line.

With ten floorplans that offer open-concept living spaces, one-and-a-half baths, cross-conversational seating, and more, the Keystone Fuzion toy haulers may suit your travel style. Let’s dive in!

Who Is Keystone RV?

Over the years, we’ve written a lot about Keystone RV. It’s a popular brand among RVers, and the company manufactures a wide range of products. Keystone has two facilities: one in Goshen, Indiana, and one in Pendleton, Oregon.

Cole Davis founded Keystone RV in 1996, and the company quickly became number two on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in 2000.

Today, the company is the number one manufacturer of towable RVs in North America, with over one million owners.

Who Owns Keystone RV?

Thor Industries purchased Keystone RV in 2001 for $145 million. When Wade Thompson and Peter Orthwein bought Airstream in 1980, it was just the beginning of this RV empire.

Today, Thor Industries owns Airstream, Keystone RV, Tiffin, Jayco, and 11 other North American RV manufacturers. In addition, Thor owns other companies such as TOGO, Roadtrippers, Airxcel, and Aqua-Hot.

What Types of RVs Does Keystone Manufacture?

Keystone has a wide selection of RVs, including travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and destination trailers. The company focuses solely on towable RVs and produces no motorhomes.

In total, there are 28 travel trailer lines, 16 fifth wheel lines, eight toy haulers that include both travel trailer and fifth wheel models, and four destination trailers.

You’ll find entry-level options like the Keystone Springdale and Keystone Hideout, which are perfect for weekenders who want to spend a few days a year at the local campground. You’ve probably also seen popular fifth wheel and toy hauler options like the Keystone Sprinter, Keystone Cougar, and Keystone Raptor.

A Breakdown of the Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler

The Keystone Fuzion is one of two luxury toy hauler lines. The other is the Keystone Raptor. The Fuzion ranges from 39 to almost 45 feet long and starts at $125,378. There are both tandem-axle and triple-axle floorplans, units with two air conditioners and three, and options for various solar packages.

The garages range from 11 to 15 feet and feature a 38-point tie-down track system. These rear spaces allow RVers to stow away their outdoor toys like golf carts, bicycles, kayaks, motorcycles, and ATVs.

But they also offer additional sleeping space for larger families who want to renovate the space for a bedroom. Let’s look at each of the ten floorplans in more detail!

Keystone Fuzion 369

Length: 39 feet
Dry Weight: 13,970 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 3,030 pounds
Garage Length: 11 feet
MSRP: $125,378

Features: One of the most unique features of the Keystone Fuzion 369 is the bar seating and U-shaped kitchen that provides plenty of countertop space.

There’s also a large sofa and entertainment center. The front bedroom has a king bed in a slide-out, a wardrobe stretching across the entire front cap, and a washer and dryer prep space.

The garage is 11 feet long and features a loft above, dual opposing sofas, and a top queen bed.

Keystone Fuzion 373

Length: 39 feet
Dry Weight: 14,485 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 2,815 pounds
Garage Length: 11 feet
MSRP: $133,823

Features: The Keystone Fuzion 373 features a unique slide-out stool system with the kitchen island table. We love this innovative concept because it eliminates the need for a dinette and saves space.

There’s a huge sofa, a side countertop area, and a full kitchen with a 12-volt residential refrigerator, a convection microwave, and a 3-burner cooktop.

The garage space is similar to the 369, except it has the addition of a half bath. The front bedroom reverses the king bed to the other side. It still has the king bed, large wardrobe, and washer and dryer prep space.

Keystone Fuzion 379

Length: 39 feet 6 inches
Dry Weight: 14,730 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 2,270 pounds
Garage Length: 11 feet
MSRP: $134,543

Features: Another Keystone Fuzion with an 11-foot garage is the 379 model. The garage design and front bedroom are similar to the previous two units, but the center features two smaller sofas rather than one large one.

Because the countertop circles around the wall, this rig has a lot of open space. This might be better suited for larger families with several people walking around. There’s also the addition of a half bath in the garage behind the kitchen.

Keystone Fuzion 419

Length: 44 feet
Dry Weight: 15,673 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 4,327 pounds
Garage Length: 15 feet
MSRP: $142,148

Features: The Keystone Fuzion 419 has the largest garage at 15 feet long. If you have lots of outdoor toys to store or want to convert the space into a home gym, office, or second bedroom, you have plenty of space to do that.

There’s a half bath in the garage as well. The rest of this model resembles the smaller 373 with the swing-out stools, kitchen island, and king bed.

Keystone Fuzion 421

Length: 44 feet 11 inches
Dry Weight: 15,927 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 4,073 pounds
Garage Length: 13 feet
MSRP: $143,295

Features: Like the Keystone Fuzion 369, the 421 features a large U-shaped kitchen with plenty of countertop space and bar stool seating. However, it’s flipped to the opposite side of the rig.

There’s also a large sofa, a hutch with additional storage, and two pantries. The 13-foot garage has a half bath and loft-like the other units, but the bathroom is flipped to the opposite side.

The Keystone Fuzion 421 has many of the same features as the previous units but in different locations, so this is another great option that may suit your preferences.

Keystone Fuzion 425

Length: 44 feet 11 inches
Dry Weight: TBD
Cargo Carrying Capacity: TBD
Garage Length: 13 feet
MSRP: $143,473

Features: The Keystone Fuzion 425 is a brand new floorplan in the Fuzion lineup. The side patio extends from the living space to provide a safe outdoor space for kids, pets, or friends.

The 13-foot garage has a half bath, loft, opposing sofas, and queen bed like the other units. The 425 is similar to the 379 because of the layout of two smaller sofas instead of one large one. The kitchen countertop is against a wall, so no island takes up valuable space.

Keystone Fuzion 427

Length: 44 feet 11 inches
Dry Weight: 15,820 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 4,180 pounds
Garage Length: 14 feet 6 inches
MSRP: $143,535

Features: The Keystone Fuzion 427 offers the swing-out table and kitchen island in a larger RV. The garage is also the largest of the models with this innovative design.

The other features are the same: a large sofa, half bath in the garage, same appliances, and standard front bedroom. We can see how this layout could work well for homeschooling families because the stools can be extended during school hours and then tucked away later in the day to provide more space to move about.

Keystone Fuzion 428

Source: Keystone RV

Length: 44 feet 11 inches
Dry Weight: 16,220 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 3,780 pounds
Garage Length: 13 feet
MSRP: $143,790

Features: Another option with two sofas is the Keystone Fuzion 428. It’s almost identical to the 379 model but longer. Because of the added length, there’s another pantry and a longer second sofa in the center of the unit. Most everything else is the same as the smaller Keystone Fuzion 379.

Keystone Fuzion 429

Length: 44 feet 11 inches
Dry Weight: 16,018 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 3,982 pounds
Garage Length: 13 feet 6 inches
MSRP: $142,583

Features: The Keystone Fuzion 429 is one of two models that offers an L-shaped sectional. It sits across from a second loveseat and in front of an entertainment center.

This layout is great for families who enjoy movie nights or couples who like to host tailgate parties. We love the kitchen layout as one countertop wraps around behind the sectional, and a second countertop wraps around the wall of the half bath in the garage.

The 429 model also has the option to replace the loveseat with a free-standing dinette. The garage and front bedroom are similar to most of the other Keystone Fuzion toy haulers.

Keystone Fuzion 430

Source: Keystone RV

Length: 44 feet 11 inches
Dry Weight: 16,070 pounds
Cargo Carrying Capacity: 3,930 pounds
Garage Length: 13 feet
MSRP: $144,353

Features: The second layout that has the L-shaped sectional design is the Keystone Fuzion 430. The living space is identical to the 429, with the sectional, loveseat, and entertainment center, but the kitchen is slightly smaller.

It still has an L-shaped countertop behind the sectional, but there’s no second countertop. Instead, the 430 model features a full bath in the garage. This is the only Keystone Fuzion unit with two full bathrooms. The garage and front bedroom are designed similarly to the other toy haulers.

Who Is the Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler Good For?

Because of the variety of options in the Keystone Fuzion lineup, we think RVers of all types will enjoy this rig.

Couples who enjoy scenic drives on their motorcycles, families who need a second bedroom, or remote workers who prefer a separate workspace can all make the Keystone Fuzion toy haulers work to suit their travel needs.

The particular floorplans offer different seating arrangements, different kitchen countertop prep spaces, and different-sized garage spaces.

Is Keystone A Good Brand?

Keystone RV is a well-respected brand in the industry. But, like all RVs, you’ll experience problems such as appliances that fail, slide-outs that malfunction, skylights that leak, and others. You can’t go into RV ownership thinking you’ll find a rig that will never need repairs.

But Keystone offers factory tours so you can view how their products are manufactured, and the customer care team is available to help you as problems arise. If you like the toy hauler design, the Keystone Fuzion line is an excellent option.
