The DRV Luxury Suites Full House line includes the toy hauler models. The DRV Mobile Suites line consists of the fifth wheels. But each unit from both DRV lineups is built with the same quality construction and features.

If a family needs a second sleeping area, they can renovate the rear of the unit to be another bedroom. There are three DRV Full House floor plans. Each is 46 feet long with a GVWR of 24,000 pounds. We recommend towing these beasts with a heavy-duty truck like a Ford F-450. You’ll even see some owners pulling them with a semi-truck.
We love that the LX455 and MX450 models have cargo-carrying capacities of over 4,200 pounds. That’s a lot of stuff you can stow away and still safely travel! And with the top-quality construction, you don’t have to worry about whether or not your toy hauler can handle it.
These units also have a 100-gallon fresh tank and a 75-gallon gray tank. The JX450 and MX450 have a 50-gallon black tank, while the LX455 has a 100-gallon black tank. These toy haulers have three 15,000 BTU low-profile air conditioners and a 40,000 BTU furnace. You’ll be comfortable in any season.

Features: The DRV Full House JX450 has the smallest cargo-carrying capacity of the three models. It also has the smallest garage at 10 feet. However, this means it has the largest living space since each unit is 46 feet long. It’s the only model with both a sofa and a dinette. If you have younger kids and want a table for them to eat meals around, then the JX450 is the best option.
The kitchen has ample countertop space for meal prep, a kitchen island, and residential appliances. The washer and dryer hookups are in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the garage has an electric queen bed.
DRV Full House LX455

Features: Because the garage in the LX455 model is 12 feet long, it cuts into the living space. But you have more room to tote around outdoor gear or renovate into a unique space to meet your lifestyle. There’s still an electric queen bed like the JX450, but the LX455 also has a half bath in the garage.
There’s no dinette, but there is a long 4-seater sofa, a kitchen island, and residential appliances. There isn’t as much countertop space in the LX455 because of the smaller room. The master bedroom design is the same as the JX450, but the bathroom features a split design with the shower on the right side of the hallway and the toilet and sink on the left.
DRV Full House MX450

Features: The DRV Full House MX450 has the largest garage at 13 feet, which also means it has the smallest living area. There is no half bath, providing room for a second sofa in the unit’s center.
There’s no dinette, but there is a kitchen peninsula, residential appliances, and ample countertop space. The washer and dryer hookups are in the bathroom like the JX450 model, and the master bedroom is the same design as the other toy haulers.
