About Coachmen RV
Forest River, Inc. owns Coachmen RV. They’ve been manufacturing Coachmen products since 1964.
The company’s priorities include innovation and functionality. They listen to RV owners to discover what’s crucial to the customer. As a result, these features come out in their design.
Where Are Coachmen RVs Manufactured?
Coachmen RV is in Middlebury, Indiana, with over 23 acres of buildings. Here, Coachmen produces class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. They make their camping trailers in Centerville, Michigan.
Manufacturing in the heart of an Amish community means they can employ exemplary workers familiar with woodworking. Their teams focus on precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
About the Coachmen Prism
Coachmen’s Prism is one of their class C motorhomes. Built on a Mercedes-Benz® Sprinter diesel chassis, the RV is luxurious and functional.
The small motorhome is ideal for short and long trips. To make your ride smooth, it has a 7G-Tronic transmission, active lane-keeping assist, brake assist, attention assist, and adaptive cruise control. It also comes with a navigation system and intelligent voice control.
The Prism includes optional add-ons to increase the comfort and ease of setting up camp. You can get hydraulic leveling jacks and electronic stabilizer jacks on Select models.
What Are the Differences Between the Prism Select and the Prism Elite?
There is very little difference between the Prism Select and Elite models. The layouts are identical, but some of the features differ. For example, you can add leveling jacks to the Select.
The Elite models have unique interior features, like an on-demand water heater. They also have a soft touch ceiling, dual-pane windows, and a Wi-Fi Ranger Sky4. The Elite has slightly more luxurious products like the day and night shades instead of the pleated shades in the Select.
