The Brinkley Model G is one of the newest toy haulers available to consumers.

Overall, the brand is making quite a splash in the community, and people are talking about it. But do they have good or bad things to say?

Today, we’re breaking down the Brinkley Model G lineup so you can see whether it’s worth considering.

Let’s get started!

About Brinkley

Brinkley RV is one of the many manufacturers with headquarters and manufacturing plants in Northern Indiana. They’re a hop, skip, and jump away from some of the biggest names in the RV industry.

Friends with decades of experience working at many of their now competitors formed the company. They combined their industry knowledge and expertise to right some of the things they saw wrong across the industry.

Since the birth of Brinkley, leadership has spent significant time listening. They’ve talked with RVers and even taken a rig out on vacation to test it for themselves. They’ve adjusted their models based on feedback received during these tests.

While the Brinkley Model G is a toy hauler, they also make the Model Z a mid-sized fifth wheel. Both models come loaded with a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Unlike other manufacturers, this warranty is transferable. They also stand behind their product for full-time use, which can often void your warranty.

As we said, they’re making waves in the industry. While they’re still a relatively young company, their future looks bright.

How Long Has Brinkley RV Been In Business?

Brinkley was founded in 2022 when Ryan Thwaits joined forces with former Grand Design RV employees Bill and Ron Fenech, Micah Staley, and Nate Goldenberg. They joined each other and combined decades of experience to create a brand-new company.

They take tremendous pride in being a privately owned company. The five friends are building multiple production facilities on their 252 acres of land near the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds. It’s safe to say these friends are creating the next generation of RVs.

What Makes Brinkley RVs Unique?

When you see a Brinkley on the road, they stand out from the rest. Their crisp and sharp edges create a bold, futuristic look. They’ve done away with giant swooshing decals and replaced them with a simpler and modern look. Brinkley models the outside of their campers after luxury sports cars, and it shows.

However, the modern look and feel continues once you step inside. It features an actual residential interior that’s unlike any in the industry. Gone are the days of the big, ugly valances on the walls. Brinkley is thinking ahead and building them into the window frames. This creates an elegant and classy.

Overview of the Brinkley Model G

Currently, the Brinkley Model G has two models, with a third releasing soon. These aren’t tiny toy haulers by any means. The lineup starts at 40′ and tops out at 45′ 5″. You better have a big, beefy truck to haul one of these beasts around. However, you’ll have plenty of room to bring your favorite toys for the adventure.

The Brinkley Model G Lineup

With only a few models currently available, your options will be very limited. However, they’re some of the best in their class. The folks at Brinkley have done a phenomenal job of stuffing them full of fancy and the most desired features.

Model G 3500

Hitch Weight: 3,230 lbs.
Height: 13’ 5”
Length: 40’ 2”
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): 22,000 lbs.

About: The Brinkley Model G 3500 is the smallest in the lineup. It features an 11’ garage and a premium residential kitchen. One of our favorite features is their unique build quality that doesn’t rely on staples and putty. The result is a cleaner look without hundreds of dimples from a nail gun.

You enter the 3500 midway through the unit. Up the stairs to your right are the bathroom and main bedroom. However, straight ahead and to your left is the main living area. It has somewhat offset opposing slides, but they do a great job opening the room and making it feel spacious.

At the rear, the garage has additional sleeping space and is large enough to store any toys you want to bring. Whether you’re hauling a motorcycle, golf cart, or kayak, the Model G 3500 makes it easier to take your adventures to the next level.

Model G 4000

Hitch Weight: 3,530 lbs.
Height: 13’ 5”
Length: 45’ 2”
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): 22,500 lbs.

About: The Brinkley Model G 4000 is nearly identical to the 3500 but with a much larger garage. The 4000’s garage is 16’ long, which is massive. If you plan to bring tons of toys, you’ll appreciate the extra space.

Many owners find the garage perfect to convert into a home office. This is especially ideal for those who want to live and work from the road. Why settle for a boring old background for video conferences when you can have the real thing?

Model G 3950

Hitch Weight: 3,450 lbs.
Height: 13’ 5”
Length: 45’ 5”
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): 22,500 lbs.

About: The Brinkley Model G 3950 hit the market in early 2024. It has a 150 gallons of freshwater storage, R-40 insulation in the floors, ceiling, and front cap, and a massive 60-gallon toy fuel capacity.

Some of our favorite features are the 800 watts of solar panels, 3000-watt inverter, and 200 Ah of lithium batteries. You’ll be able to enjoy this rig anywhere you park it.

The floorplan of the 3950 is very different from the rest. When you enter the rig, a massive U-shaped sofa is before you. You’ll find the bathroom and bedroom if you go up the stairs to your right. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a massive closet prepped for a washer and dryer. This is a full-time RVer’s dream!

Model G 3250

Hitch Weight: 3,150 lbs.
Height: 13’ 4”
Length: 37’ 11”
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): 22,000 lbs.

About: The 3250 is the latest floorplan offered by Brinkley and they are only offering a pre-production preview on their website. From what we can tell, this is going to be an entertainer’s dream rig.

Features include a full U-shaped couch, convertible dining table, bar sink in the garage, and so much more. The couch converts to different sizes, depending on the number of guests you have over, too!

How Much Is a Brinkley Model G?

While the Brinkley Model G comes loaded with features, it’s no surprise that the price tag is pretty high. The MSRP for this lineup ranges from $187,000 to $192,000.

However, you can also choose from several thousands of dollars in optional upgrades. When the 3950 hits the market, it will come with an MSRP of $206,000. As we said, they’re costly.

Is the Brinkley Model G Worth It?

The Brinkley Model G is a pricy rig with many luxury features. This is what you expect when you’re spending nearly $200,000 on a camper. Is it for everyone? Absolutely not. However, this can be a great option if you have an extra $200,000 burning a hole in your pocket. You and your family can make some priceless memories wherever you park it.
