RV adventures can be an excellent way for couples to travel and connect with each other. However, finding the best travel trailers for couples can be challenging.
Like Goldilocks, you must find a camper just right for you as a couple. Getting one that’s too big or too small will complicate things.
Today, we’ve found five of the best travel trailers for couples. These can be great options if you’re looking for the perfect rig.
Let’s dive in!
What Do Couples Need in a Travel Trailer?
Couples who want to adventure and explore in a travel trailer still require some key features. For starters, the most critical space will be a comfortable and functional sleeping space. This can allow them to rest and relax after a long day of exploring and adventuring.
In addition, they’ll also need plenty of storage space for clothes and other essentials they’ll bring. This helps ensure they can keep a tidy and organized living area throughout their travels. Storage space can provide a clutter-free space, which makes it easier to relax.
Finally, privacy is also an essential feature. Many couples look for designated bedroom areas away from living spaces. This can make it easier for them to find and create those moments of solitude and intimacy that couples need.
Granted, there’s no one-size-fits-all travel trailer for couples. For some, a designated coffee bar or space will be essential. However, others may simply require a comfortable place to sleep at the end of the day.

The Best Travel Trailers for Couples
While every couple may be different, we’ve found some of the best travel trailers for couples. These are great options for you to consider if you’re shopping for the perfect rig for you and your significant other. Let’s get started!
Keystone Cougar 25MLE
MSRP: $51,743
Sleeps: 6
Length: 29’11”
Weight: 6,525 lbs.
The Keystone Cougar 25MLE sneaks in under 30 feet, and checks many of the boxes couples look for in a travel trailer. The designated bedroom has a massive king-size bed with nightstands on each side.
Although, our favorite feature is the massive kitchen space at the rear. The placement of the sink creates a tremendous amount of counter space. This will make it easier for you to do dishes, prepare meals, and serve your treats.
Moreover, the 25MLE includes a small outside kitchen. These kitchens are great for keeping the heat from cooking out of your camper during those hotter summer months. In addition, you can use it to prepare meals and spend more time outdoors instead of being stuck inside.
Rockwood 2517S
MSRP: $37,999
Sleeps: 2
Length: 25’11”
Weight: 5,774 lbs.
The Rockwood 2517S is the smallest option on our list; you can feel it. While only a few feet shorter than other options, those feet are critical. As a result of its shorter stature, the 2517S has to rely on a Murphy bed that frees up space when it’s not in use.
While it does have a large slideout that houses the U-dinette and fridge, the space can feel tight. Luckily, this is fine if you’re the type of couple that spends most of your time outdoors while camping. You’ll have everything inside your camper to enjoy an incredible trip. Furthermore, the outdoor griddle and pull-out stove allow you to easily prepare meals outside.
Imagine 2600RB
MSRP: $49,902
Sleeps: 6
Length: 29’8”
Weight: 5,795 lbs.
The Imagine 2600RB from Grand Design has a large rear bathroom and a decently sized seating space in the single slideout. You can choose between a freestanding table and chairs or a U-shaped dinette.
The bathroom placement makes it easy to sneak in and use the restroom without tracking dirt and debris through your camper. Moreover, we love that Grand Design included a spray port at the entry. This makes it easy to wash off your feet before coming to keep nature outside where it belongs.
Wildwood Explore 22ERAS
MSRP: $33,550
Sleeps: 2
Length: 28’2″
Weight: 6,196 lbs.
The Wildwood Explore 22ERAS is another unique layout perfect for couples. It features a compact bathroom that separates the bedroom from the main living area. The king bed has nightstands on each side and wardrobe cabinets. With the additional overhead cabinet, you’ll have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
When you walk in towards the rear of the camper, you’ll immediately notice the bar stools on your left. Directly in front of you is a large slide featuring the theater seating, refrigerator, and pantry. The entertainment center and fireplace hide a set of built-in shelves to help create additional storage space. This is a great option for those on a budget looking for a smaller camper for state and national park campgrounds.
Airstream Flying Cloud 28RB
MSRP: $117,500
Sleeps: 6
Length: 28’2”
Weight: 5,900 lbs.
The Airstream Flying Cloud 28RB has luxury features and a premium price tag. However, it’s one of our list’s most comfortable and well-built campers. It’s perfect for families of all sizes, but especially couples.
The bedroom is at the rear of the camper and features one of the most comfortable mattresses you’ll find in an RV. Airstream maximizes storage and seating space throughout this rig. In addition, they put a heavy emphasis on making things look good. The large number of windows provides plenty of natural light, making it easy to feel at home.
